Our journey began with a passion for beauty that blossomed at a young age. As early as kindergarten, our founder stood out—boldly experimenting with her mother’s makeup, fashion, and jewelry, driven by an innate curiosity for artistry and self-expression. Over the years, this spark evolved into a refined skill set, honed through countless hours of self-teaching and creative exploration.
When No One Was Watching
Icons are not made by fame, applause or the spotlight alone. They are shaped in silence, in struggle, and in the spaces where uncertainty meets imagination. For Helly, childhood began as a refugee a life marked by movement, change, and the constant search for stability. But even in the midst of limitation, she never allowed circumstance to define the size of her dreams.
Growing up in a family facing financial hardship, she learned early that creativity was something no one could take away. With very little, she created everything. She would wear her mother’s jewelry, experiment with makeup far beyond her years, and drape herself in clothes that became her first canvas of self-expression. Even as a child, she was not simply playing dress-up she was discovering identity, beauty, and the language of fashion.
She was a child star in the making long before anyone was watching. Singing in front of anyone who would listen, dancing on any small stage she could find, she carried a natural presence that could not be contained. And as she grew into her teenage years, that same energy only became bolder. In every crowd, she stood out not because she tried to fit in, but because she never stopped expressing who she was.
Beauty Beyond the Spotlight
Helly’s journey took her far beyond the makeup chair and into the world of film, fashion and entertainment. From acting and performing on stage to directing films, leading productions and stepping onto international red carpets, she experienced beauty from every side of the camera.
Years of photoshoots, film sets, stage performances, premieres and award ceremonies gave her a unique understanding of how makeup needs to look, feel and perform in real life, under intense lighting, in front of high-definition cameras and throughout long days and nights.
Being both behind the camera as a director and in front of it as an artist shaped her eye for detail, color and performance. Every set, red carpet and stage became another lesson, ultimately influencing the vision behind HELLYLUV BEAUTY: makeup created to feel beautiful in person and remain flawless when the spotlight turns on.

Icons are not made by fame, applause or the spotlight alone. They are made through courage through the walls they break, the dreams they refuse to abandon and the doors they open for those who come after them.
Becoming a beauty, fashion and revolutionary icon in her country was never simply about being seen. For Helly, it was about using that visibility to inspire.
